Pros

Rent is affordable.

Cons

The super does not maintain the building cleanliness such as garbage, mopping and sweeping the building often. Extremely low water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. Also there is drug use on the first floor from people that does not resides there. Neighbors hanging out,drink, smoke and play loud music in the summer time at nights in front the building and in between the back of the building.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of those tenants who are breaking the rules and making unlivable for other paying tenants. Use the build camera to stop the drug use in the building and also use it to see if the super is maintaining the cleanliness of the building.Please replace super with someone that is does not indulge in alcohol usage on the building premises and that is not hangover or intoxicated while doing repairs.
