Short walk to train, spacious balcony, pretty chandelier-like spotlight in kitchen

whew everything else. the unit was filthy upon move in and we had to request to deep clean it after we moved in already... we had rats TWICE — and management gave us sticky mouse, not rat, mouse traps to handle it. bedroom was tiny, common space was barely big enough for a small kitchen table and a couple chairs. water leaked through our ceiling into the spotlight twice. the common storage area in the basement was not trustworthy as someone stole my suitcase. management is not very responsive. unless subpar living is permissible for you, avoid this place.
