Cockroach nest place

Pros

The location of the place and the neighborhood were great.

Cons

I don’t moved in by the end of winter, once the weather got nicer the place turned into a cockroach nest, and it was impossible to get rid of them because it was already infested. Not to mention dirty roommates who don’t bother to clean. The landlord didn’t bother to do anything about this until I decided to move. Save your time and peace of mind the place is extremely dirty and not worth it
