Spacious and rather clean. Great location. Rent stabilized. Ample Laundry in building
Cons:
Management company is difficult and cold to tenets. Definitely gives the least they can to anyone who has an old lease and is paying below market. Half the building is Columbia dorms so that can be a bit annoying. Being students, they are always using the elevators which are old many slow. So expect to use the stairs or wait. Also a lot of residents don’t know how to use public laundry and constantly finding abandoned laundry.
Advice to owner:
Be a little more understanding and helpful to your residents

- front desk staff is so kind
- spacious rooms
Cons:
- heat would get too hot
- lots of paint over walls, cabinets
- construction outside right now wakes you up every day
