Overall a good first apartment!

Pros

The owner was very responsive and clearly cares about the building. Washer and dryer, and bike storage on-site was great.

Cons

The location is a bit rundown and didn’t feel super safe going to the train for work before sunrise. The apt was really a three bedroom but listed as a four (the room off the living room was turned into a bedroom) so we didn’t have a great amount of common space as the kitchen was a tiny corner and part of the living room already.
