Pros

Good water, heat, neighbors. Interior done well and clean. Prewar but mine unit is renovated

Cons

Once in awhile in the warm months I see small roaches- probably from hallway. Typical for being near many restaurants unfortunately.

Old building with new apartments

Pros

My apartment is all new. I have a good amount of space, new everything as it's recently renovated.

Cons

It's a walk up and pretty noisy if you're in a street facing room. I had a mouse issue but sealed up the areas around the radiator and that fixed it. My fuse box is written in Mandarin and for the life of me can't figure out which one controls my bedroom.
