Great location and renovated units

Pros

The location is amazing , one of the best in the whole city The super and all the maintenance staff are excellent and really friendly, they are the best! Some units have been renovated

Cons

It can get noisy if you are in a lower floor but that’s expected due to the bars in the area Some walls are thin and you can hear neighbors
