Classic NYC Walk Up Apartment

Pros

Great location, nice apartment layout, live-in super, garbage area always kept very clean and organized.

Cons

Shoddy construction, roaches, tiny bathroom, no package room so they get stolen frequently.

Advice to the owners

Pest management was the biggest negative.
