you get what you pay for

Pros

affordable rent, AMAZING super (Benny), respectful neighbors. nice to have laundry in the basement. extermination services were fine, the exterminator is very nice. nice that they allow pets with no pet rent. great location.

Cons

laundry room is DISGUSTING and the hallways are also often gross and have dead bugs around. packages consistently get stolen. management cuts corners - we had an ongoing ceiling leak for 2+ months, they would send a plumber to try to fix it, say it was fixed, but then the issue would continue. some of the management team is also really rude and was dismissive of the issues we were living with

Advice to the owners

send cleaners to clean up the hallways and laundry room. fix plumbing issues before they worsen. treat your tenants with respect.

Cute quiet building

Pros

its just a regular building with nothing fancy. Garbage is taken out regularly, washing machines in basement are always open to use, and super is nice.

Cons

packages tend to get stolen/opened and contents taken. Suggest PO box or making sure you are home to quickly intercept
