I had to move out because of a rat infestation that I had to sue over, things never got fixed even after begging, its SO loud living above Double Down Saloon and around the other bars, the garbage room is absolutely disgusting and inside, half of the tenants are literally insane and smoke inside, whatever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Old, dirty, unkept building. I feel like I have to shower in bleach whenever I had to walk through the building. Pests, trash situation (literally in closet), uneven flooring in the apartment, sink and toilet on opposite sides of apartment, shower is gross with terrible pressure and not suitable for anyone taller than 5’6”. Above a loud bar with outside patio, so you know the noise will go on till 3 am with a heavy bass.
Advice to the owners
Clean, renovate. Burn down the whole building and try again. If not, just charge 500/month bc this place is absolutely not worth 3k for a junior studio.
