There are two Juliet balconies in the living room which face west, and the master bedroom has dual exposure. Heating and cooling is controlled by individual HVAC units in every room. The apartment also features an oversized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a long gallery hallway entrance, and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout. There is a also a tremendous amount of closet space! Rent includes cooking gas. <br><br>The Rosa Parks is a well maintained, pet-friendly condominium with a full time doorman, laundry room, gym, bicycle room, private storage room and courtyard. It is around the corner from Starbucks, Chase Bank, Rite Aid, Best Yet supermarket, and restaurants. Highly accessible and incredibly convenient, the building is within 2 blocks of the 2/3 and B/C subway lines, and M2/M3/M10/M7/M116 buses

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.

On June 21, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board voted in the largest rent increases on rent-stabilized apartments since 2013.
