Good location. Neglectful owner just wants your money
Pros
Good location. Open air space in back. Small building. Full floor apartment.
Cons
Bedrooms faced the street, so it was loud when garbage trucks came. Floor was incredibly uneven. An entire room was completely wasted because it pitch was so incredibly bad. Like on a living on a boathouse in a storm. Bedrooms were also very uneven in size. One could barely fit a twin, the other was enormous.
Advice to the owners
Fix the floor. Space is big enough that both rooms could have their own bathrooms. Living room and kitchen could be bigger, with dishwasher. And roof area could be so nice.
