Pretty good friendly people

Pros

People stay a long time and are chill and friendly. It’s pretty standard and not tons of issues. Elevator works well and laundry is decent

Cons

Sometimes loud parties and owners could be more responsive at times

Gorgeous apartments with some huge flaws

Pros

Rent stabilized unit, rooftop, close to a lot of great food spots.

Cons

The apt had central air but really, really bad air circulation. We had to use space heaters to keep half the apt warm and our electric bill was insane.
