Reviews

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Great building, easy landlord, sad that prices keep climbing

Pros

Live-in super is very nice and responsive. Landlord is also very responsive and reasonable. I had an electric issue and he had a guy out the next day, immediately fixed. Exterminator comes once a month, I recommend you get your area sprayed because it is a large building. Good sound insulation.

Cons

Depending on where your windows face you may hear some train noise

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Lived here for quite a few years - not the worst

Pros

Lots of tenants who have been living there for a long time. Very family-oriented. Close to the train. Rent stabilized. Rate box-style apartments that are hard to find in Ridgewood. Tons of closet space. Beautiful original floors. Good super as of 2022. Decent rent-stabilized rent. IF YOUR LEASE IS NOT RENT STABILIZED, GET YOUR RENT HISTORY. Many units were destabilized in the 2010s, some likely illegally.

Cons

New people coming in and out after only a year or two. Very hard to get repairs. Minimum done when they finally come in. Building is old and needs continuous work.
