Super big apartment for the price, the best deal I've ever had in New York.
Living upstairs from the landlords was a bit weird? But they're very nice, they just like to talk a lot. Toilet doesn't flush very well and the water pressure is a bit sad.
Work on the plumbing a bit, otherwise great!
