Horrible management and stolen packages

Good neighbors, back of building is quiet
Cons
Management didn’t care. Never got anything fixed. Always tried to raise rents and would go back on their word. Packages were stolen constantly.

Good location in Williamsburg if you're low maintenance

Great location Good light Neighbors are nice
Cons
Units are old, built poorly - super old HVAC, maintenance is shoddy + cheap Garbage management is not a priority Management is responsive but does not care Street can be noisy but not aggressively so
