Hazardous building
Pros
My neighbors were nice.
Cons
The fact that there are dangerous lead supply pipes in the walls of the building, snaking around a rotting drain system which constantly requires maintenance/repair- the landlord hires people without licenses to conduct repairs on the premises and refuses to answer phone calls.
Advice to the owners
Borrow money to fix your building if you cannot afford to hire legitimate contractors. Be civil to tenants. Consider not being rude with your conduct.
