Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of properties managed by Robert Raphael illustrate significant management issues that prospective renters should consider. Many residents express frustration regarding poor cleanliness, persistent pest problems, and a lack of effective maintenance. Complaints about slow or unresponsive management are prevalent, with tenants often forced to address issues themselves. Noise complaints and security concerns also surface, notably related to package theft and disruptive neighbors. While a few tenants appreciate the building's location and some friendly neighbors, the overall sentiment suggests that improvements in property upkeep and management responsiveness are crucial for a better living experience.
