short and sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons:
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to owner:
Reach out to us if we call ,
Talk to the super about his job,
Many seniors are living in building and need help

Good building, loud neighborhood. Annoying management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are big. The building is well kept and the for the most part all of the tenants get along.
Cons:
It’s soooo loud. I wish management would install better noise insulating windows.
Advice to owner:
Have better hours. A lot of things happen between 9-5 when people are working. Like the laundromat hours are 7 am to 6pm. You’re a working person who don’t get to utilize the in- building laundry.
