rats in walls

Pros

beautiful building, only 2 units, so very quiet calm neighborness. the yard is great, all rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean.

Cons

there’s rats in the walls coming in from holes on an inaccessible side of the building. have had no issues of any rats entering, but definitely good to be aware of. buzzer is broken for the first floor unit, so delivery people must be let in manually following a loud knock- not the end of the world. backyard door is a bit drafty!
