Needs fixing, nothing ever gets fixed only patched up and the problem persists.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance people are nice and do the best they can for what they have to deal with.
Cons:
Something always goes wrong with the boiler. Leaks and cracks never repaired. Every time it rains it rains inside the apartment as well. They never paint your apartment, rent is high and is not worth it. Water can be cut off without informing tenants. Old appliances, owners are never around, always talk to secretary only. They have never fixed or repaired the bricks on the outside of the building and I believe that is why it always rains inside the homes. They do not repair they put a bandaid. No laundry room, always dirty only two staff for the entire building expected to do everything
Advice to owner:
All apartments should be renovated and new appliances this building is old and no repairs have been done. Stop putting a bandaid on everything and actually spend the money you need to make this building what it once was. Hire enough staff to keep up with the buildings needs and tenants. You want more money show that it is worth the price. Inform tenants when things will be getting fixed ahead of time as well, we have children and when the water is turned off that is a burden. Hire people who know what they are doing and don’t take short cuts
