Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Lazy with repairs

Pros

- 4 bedrooms with lots of space - Close to the subway - Priced decently until they try to raise the rent by $600

Cons

-VERY loud street noise -Needs a lot of work (e.g. lots of mold in the bathroom, bathroom floors are discolored, paint job is not finished, lots of leakage from the windows) -The toilet is a separate room from the bathtub and sink -Floor boards creeks and has lots of stains on them -Some roach problems -Plaster on the door archway is crumbling -Old kitchen with missing handles on drawers

Advice to the owners

This unit needs a full renovation especially, the bathrooms. They smell like mildew and mold. All sinks and the bathtub should be replaced. Also, hire someone better to do the paint job since a lot of the ceilings are missing coats of paint.
