Overall a great building

Pros

Doormen are great, amenities are barely used so often empty, staff are very responsive

Cons

We’d run out of hot water fairly quickly which was odd for a newish building

Great team of doormen and handymen taking care of everything across the building with a smile on their face; reasonable building management with dedicated manager on site
