Very responsive Mgmt
Pros
the management is very quick and responsive whenever I’ve submitted a ticket for maintenance. They have never questioned or stalled on maintenance requests like leaks or moldy bathroom caulking and they regularly send an exterminator to knock on everyone’s door in case they’re needed.
Cons
we have no thermostat controls in our apartment so we either get heating on full blast or none at all.

Could Be Worse
Pros
The ceilings are higher than u expect and each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Location is close to M and L subways. Neighborhood is diverse and mostly safe.
Cons
Pest control and garbage disposal could be handled better. Some tenants don’t want to do their share to keep things clean.
Advice to the owners
Good space overall. Have to be careful about who moves in!
