Staff is fanstastic and management is very responsive.
Pests are an issue. Had a couple mice incidents; but, the exterminator comes weekly. And staff helps with setting traps
Quiet, residential neighborhood. Often can get electricity and/or gas included in rent.
Building is pre-war and quite old. Layouts are not conventional and sometimes quite odd.
