Pros:
I have a pantry in my kitchen, the building is on the concourse, it’s in between the D and 4 trains, and the apt is big for a NYC apartment
Cons:
The pest problem is RIDICULOUS. And they barely do anything to stop it. That’s the main reason I want to move ASAP.

Cons very loud tenants, pest problem bed bugs, elevators always breaking down! Trash room always has a lot of trash. Building seems very un safe
