Nice space, not well kept

Tall ceilings, roof access, back yard access, spacious living area, 2 bathrooms
Cons
We had rats, AC issues, toilet issues, dishwasher issues, etc. It’s an old building that was renovated poorly. The apartment itself was slanted— a desk chair will not stay in place. Management would take a while to fix things but they would eventually fix things… somewhat. I had to properly seal off the kitchen from rats entering the apartment myself. I lived on the top floor and rats were getting to my apartment from the basement…
Pretty okay Bushwick new build
Pros
The light in this apartment is awesome — the windows are huge! There's roof access and a backyard, but that's overgrown and no one really uses it.
Cons
It is very difficult (if not impossible) to get any repairs done. As the case with a lot of new buildings in Bushwick, the apartment itself is pretty poorly constructed (corners and sides of walls don't touch) and there's already cracks all over.
