Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

it was cheap, the super was the worst, great foot in the neighborhood

Pros

I had roommates at the time so it was affordable, a lot of natural light in the apartment that faced the street.

Cons

The super was unreliable, would play super loud music outside the building, would schedule appointments but never show up, one time I didn’t have heat for three or four straight days in the coldest days of winter. No washer and dryer in the building.

Advice to the owners

I don’t know if the super still the same, but if it is, you need a new one.

Old School Brooklyn. Nice area. Cheap food. Quiet. Responsive super.

Cons

D train is truly unreliable.

Advice to the owners

Deposit rent checks once they are sent.
