Good building, nice units and amenities, a bit isolated
Pros
Some units have amazing views. Nice newish appliances. Friendly staff. Good amenities when they are open.
Cons
Amenities have been under construction for most of our time here, but are very nice. Very far from anything to do. Immediate area is a bit isolated and the one cool place across the street closed last fall.

Quiet, clean, nice, comfortable, a lot of grocery stores nearby, etc.
Cons
management can be slow in terms of responding to emails
