Old and never updated

Pros

Building in back is quieter. Extra security must walk (key) thru 2 buildings. Stairwell is short. Heat included.

Cons

Building in back is darker no views. Stairwell turns and small for moving furniture, careful to measure. Packages stolen frequently even with cameras. Minimal outlets to the point of dangerous electric situation in back building. Can’t use multiple electrical when air conditioning is running fuses blow.

Advice to the owners

Update the apartments living rooms and kitchens (appliances)! Floors need resurfacing. Updated light fixtures. Rewrite electrical for more outlets and the ability to run air conditioner and hair dryer or microwave at same time without blowing fuses!
