Pros:
Friendly neighbors and great location.
Cons:
Elevator breaks down couple times a year. Everything is run down or broken. Had leaks multiple time that i could get fixed because management never answered the phone.
Advice to owner:
Answer calls more frequently.

Pros:
The park is infront of the building. Good distance to school and public transportation.
Cons:
Management doesn’t work with you. The laundry machines rarely work. No parking. Apartments are not fixed in a timely fashion.
Advice to owner:
My advice would be to take more care of your building and apartments at the end of the day we occupy them and are the ones that live there not you. Be more considerate.
