Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Michael Ferenburg reveal a mixed picture. Tenants appreciate the spacious layouts, cleanliness, and responsive maintenance teams, with many noting the excellent pest control and pleasant neighbors. However, several issues persist, including slow elevators, maintenance delays, and inconsistent heating. While some claim a strong sense of community and proximity to local amenities, concerns about management responsiveness and overall building upkeep remain. Notably, there are significant complaints from a few renters about poorly managed units, particularly in city-subsidized properties. Overall, it's advisable for prospective tenants to weigh these factors carefully.
