Very small, was outdated and landlord special everywhere when I lived there
Very quiet unit facing the back. South facing. Beautiful pre war details.
Heating was really inconsistent. Sometimes didn’t work in my bedroom at all and it would get freezing in my room. Had to beg the super to get things done.
