Behind its stunning exterior, you'll find spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom residences offering spectacular city and river views. The modern, airy units feature 9 to 11-foot-high ceilings, designer kitchens, oversized closets, luxurious baths, and washers and dryers in every home. This doorman building also features a deck, a gym, playroom, bike room, package room, media room, storage, parking, and live-in super. Central to 11 subway lines, the Farmers Market, Trader Joes, 365 By Whole Foods Market, DeKalb Market Hall, shops at City Point, and BAM, DKLB BKLN is at the center of all Fort Greene offers. Photos and floor plans are representative and approximate, the unit has been virtually staged. Fees: $20 non-refundable application fee per person 1st months rent 1 month's security Gym & Lounge - $75/pp/ per month - (5am - 12am, 7days) Lounge rental - $150/hr + $500 deposit Bike - $20/bike Storage Cage - $50/sml, $80/lrg Lockout fee is $50 per occurrence A moving fee of $100 per hour entered will be issued for any unauthorized moves and/or extensions of moves outside of the approved scheduled times. Any sum of Rent or Additional Rent not paid within five (5) days of the date due shall be subject to a late fee of the lesser of (i) $50.00, or (ii) five percent (5%) of the unpaid amount. Interest shall also be payable on the aforesaid late Rent or Additional Rent beginning thirty (30) days from the due date, such interest accruing at the lesser of (i) the maximum amount allowable by law, or (ii) one and one-half percent per month (1.5%), until the late Rent or Additional Rent is paid in full. All the apartments on 3-10 are sub-metered and those tenants are billed for utilities through their rent statements.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
