Safety, Cleanliness; & Staff

Pros

Communication with management is fair but could do better.

Cons

Need more security staff. One security guard can not do the job by himself; Poor maintenance crew. Some of the staff seems unconcerned about cleanliness.

Advice to the owners

Try to keep your security staff through out the week instead of only 2 days a week; keep the common area carpet on each floor clean (not just the lobby). The carpets on each floor is currently disgusting; hire a better maintenance crew. They do a terribly poor job at keeping the building clean.
