Pros
The staff, the comfort, the amenities - these are all fantastic. They resolve issues very quickly.
Cons
The mosque next door can sometimes be noisy, but this is a minimal problem.

Great building to live in
Pros
I have lived in 2 apartments in this building (both on the owners side) and toured multiple of the rental side apartments. The apartments are very nice and the building staff is great. The common spaces are nice and usable, including the gym, sun terrace and
Cons
The elevator systems are being modernized, but that means one elevator is out of service for a prolonged period of time. This is nearly complete.
