The building is clean, and heat works well.
Cons
Windows are all busted, landlord refused to put in window guards. Tried to keep security deposit because pilot on stove was out. Tried to lie about condition of the stove, saying it was brand bee and it wasn’t. He took 3,300 in security deposit. And we had to fight with him to get it back. He was mad about the kitchen sink that his plumber broke, that we bought. His own plumber referred to him as slum lord. It wasn’t that bad.
Advice to the owners
Wear and tear are normal things when people live. You own multiple properties and should be fully aware of the situation. We cleaned the apartment spotless. You didn’t care about the safety of my children just that your windows were under contract. When they were broken and 100 years old.
