Absolutely fine and harmless so far

Pros

Super is responsive and kind. Not the guy at the deli next door - but the actual super. Pretty fast to fix any issues and apartments are renovated.

Cons

Neighbors can be loud and management doesn’t care at all. The guy who works in the market downstairs and also helps with the building is incredible rude. Can take a while to reply to emails.
