Park management AKA slumlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance guys do a great job.
Some of the older residents are very nice and look out for you.
Cons:
Neighbors are often loud, brash and stereotypical.
Management staff lie to you in order to get you to quickly resign your lease.
Roaches in the hallways and elevators.
If you want things done in a timely manner, you need to be besties with the super.
A drunk man is almost always in the courtyard first thing in the morning, when its warm out
Advice to owner:
When your tenants come to you with an issue dont wait months to address it.Retrain your staff on HUD regulations
