Pros

New build! No bug issues and new AC units and generally new space, big windows, W/D in unit

Slow management response, like once with broken W/D and with fridge that broke

Nice place, responsive management

Nice newer building with amenities (new appliances, laundry in-unit, rooftop, AC units in every room) and responsive management

Cons

Rats have a party in the trash bins every night. Literally COLONIES of rats. I was so scared, I never took the trash out past 5pm. Never saw or heard any in the building though thank GOD

Advice to the owners

GET RID OF THE RATS???
