Shoddily Constructed Gentrifier Building
Pros
I love the neighborhood. South Bronx is the best and folks who live on my floor are warm and kind. Large windows and hardwood floors are lovely.
Cons
Very badly constructed. We were the first tenants in the apartment and have take good care of it but things were falling apart in the first few months. Our ceiling was leaking, kitchen cabinet door fell off, plumbing in the kitchen sink was not properly installed, laundry not working, the list goes on. Management is not responsive--you will be waiting months and months to have things fixed.
