We had a mouse problem that took mgmt 5 months to address Incessant construction noise, across the street and inside Very slow management communication/lack of attention to maintenance requests Packages stolen from package room Disrespectful young neighbors - cops have come to break up parties (yes during COVID)

Be more responsive and DEAL WITH RODENT PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
