Pros:
Close to subways, big units
Cons:
Neighbors are rude and loud. Will prop the door open daily. Will laugh in your face if you ask them to shut it. They never throw their trash out in the provided bins and they smoke in the hallways

Pros:
Relatively new, small building. Private balconies and access to rooftop.
Cons:
Apartment walls are very thin, so we could hear loud neighbors and stomping from upstairs somewhat often.
