Landlord is rude, dirty and very lazy

Near subway Everything is Nearby Units are spacious

Maintenance is extremely bad Currently there is no heat and they have given space heaters instead rising it asap (landlord is waiting for a part). Hot water also has frequent outages Elevator is out of service every two months for weeks. Once in 2023 the elevator was out of service for 4 months straight. The area near laundry smells bad because garbage management is poor. Cockroaches and rats all around.

Advice to the owners

Take insects, garbage management and elevator/heat and hot water seriously.

Horrible management; elevator always broken; dirty, filthy stairwells, the super is rude and obnoxious; some tenants are scary.
