This is a great apartment!

Pros

Location, space for price, new appliances, super is easy to work with.

Cons

Hallway is dirty, water takes awhile to heat up.

Great Location but a little loud

Pros

Great location such a lovely street and the neighbors are great. Great restaurants and shops all around, very close to Soho and Noho. Love EZ (maintenance/super).

Cons

A little loud because of all the young bars on the street, management wasn't super responsive to a rodent issue I had but then EZ came and saved the day. Also not very close to any green space
