Apartment is pretty, some rooms have nice light, neighborhood is nice, lots of families and grocery store right on the corner. Beautiful views from the roof
Cons:
Management will straight up lie to you. Hot water stops working every 1 or 2 weeks and they take over a week to fix it. A/C was out forever in the middle of summer and they took so long to fix it. They will tell you that they are coming that day to fix it and then ghost you for days. Apartment was very clearly a cheap flip, looks pretty on the outside but you quickly notice that floor boards are incorrectly installed, paint is all over the ceiling and baseboards and floors, no vent in the kitchen (so the fire alarm goes off all the time), washer doesn't have hot water, many doors don't close or have to be slammed in order to shut. We legit did not have a bathroom door that could close for 3 entire months even though they consistently told us they would come to fix it.
Advice to owner:
Respond to maintenance requests and stop lying to your tenants
