Good for a short period of time

Pros

The building was conveniently located within Fordham University so it made it very easy to commute to class. It was also very close to a lot of grocery stores as well as transit options.

Cons

Management did a poor job of maintenance. Residents often went without water at least once a month because they were constantly fixing the water tank
