Pros
Most of the neighbors are very nice, location is great. Robert the exterminator is incredibly nice and accommodating. "Management" will typically respond w/in 48 business hours to an email. Never had an issue w/ heat/hotwater but we have the new split heat/ac units.
Cons
THIS BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH MICE! We saw one or two when we moved in, but this year the problem is exponentially worse. Management blamed the cold weather and citywide problem, however never addressed the gaping hole in our wall and does the bare minimum. Robert the exterminator was our only help and comes regularly when you ask him to. There was a fly problem in the summer as well. Tends to be loud from the street noise around but you get used to it. Trash from the building and restaurants on first level make the entry STINK in the hot weather. Someone's pet threw up on the common stairwell and it was not cleaned up for multiple days.
Advice to the owners
Please take care of your building and tenants and get rid of the mouse problem properly, don't scapegoat outside factors.
