Could be worse
Pros
Garbage area is outdoors and usually very neat Good location Exterminator comes once a month
Cons
The lobby and hallways I don’t think have ever been cleaned Landlord doesn’t renovate all the units, some have stainless steel appliances where’s as others have huge gaps b/w walls and molding (great hiding place for pests) with very old appliances that hardly work Landlord takes rent by checkwhich he sometimes doesn’t receive bc it gets lost in the mail
Advice to the owners
Clean and renovate the place for the love of God. I have roaches crawling in through the front door bc there is such a big gap. The hardwood floors are peeling up and our oven doesn’t close fully (making it extremely hot when it’s in and it also takes twice as long to cook things!)
