This is not an ideal (c) openigloo living situation. BRG management is (c) openigloo horrible. They are not responsive (c) openigloo and ignore calls and emails. (c) openigloo They do not reinforce carpeting (c) openigloo requirements making it impossible to (c) openigloo get adequate sleep due to (c) openigloo banging above that constantly shakes (c) openigloo the whole apartment. The walls (c) openigloo and floors are extremely thin (c) openigloo so everything can be heard (c) openigloo day and night. There are (c) openigloo roaches and rats that come (c) openigloo through the radiators. Not at (c) openigloo all an ideal living situation

Don’t ignore tenants

- Location was really nice

- Mice everyday and being (c) openigloo responsible for it because the (c) openigloo management barely did anything.

That building needs a huge revamping and fix the spaces in the walls to baseboard that makes it easy for things to come through.

Clean, heating and great neighbors (c) openigloo

Pet discrimination between tenants, some (c) openigloo are allowed some are not

Nice building, always easy to (c) openigloo find parking, parks and jogging (c) openigloo trails near by and it’s (c) openigloo a mile from Bell Blvd, (c) openigloo lots of great restaurants.

The only problem I’ve had (c) openigloo has been with the management (c) openigloo company/co-op. Absolutely heinous treatment of (c) openigloo tenants, contestant issues with elevators (c) openigloo not working, unwilling to handle (c) openigloo pest issues ect. Think about (c) openigloo an ideal property management company, (c) openigloo now picture the exact opposite, (c) openigloo that’s what you get here.

Get a new management company. The actual apartment owner is great, and this issue is out of his control.
